The Racing Post Trophy Meeting celebrates the end of the flat racing season with two days of fantastic fixtures hosted at Doncaster Racecourse. Day one features the E.B.F. Maiden Stakes, the E.B.F. Maiden Fillies Stakes, the Nursery Handicap Stakes, three additional Handicap Stakes and the Apprentice Series Final Handicap Stakes. The first day of the Racing Post Trophy Meeting is all about checking out the new talents, the two-year-old thoroughbreds to head into their Classics season the next year. The second day of the festival also features a seven race card, including the much anticipated feature event of the Racing Post Trophy. Attracting the most talented runners of the season, the Racing Post Trophy was won most recently by legendary St. Nicholas Abbey from the Ballydoyle stables of trainer Aidan O'Brien.
