Kingman Favourite Over Three for Solario

Ante-post favourite for the 2,000 Guineas, Kingman will line up beside only three other runners in Saturday’s Betfred Mobile Solario Stakes at Sandown.

Following an all-round impressive six length victory on debut for trainer John Gosden at Newmarket, the young colt owned by Khalid Abdullah has shown odds as low at 5-1 at Bet365 Bet365 for next year’s Newmarket Classic, though dismissed by Gosden as ‘absurd’.

Following the second and third placing’s at Newmarket on his debut subsequently winning, Kingman’s form and stature has been boosted even further as he heads into the seven furlong, Group three event against Godolphin pair Emirates Flyer and Music Theory, with Rosso Corsa completing the line.

Currently sitting as a 4-9 favourite at Bet365 Bet365, Kingman, who will be partnered for the first time by James Doyle, leads Music Theory 4-1, Emirates Flyer 11-2 and Rosso Corsa 25-1 as clear favourite amongst punters.

Also on the card for Sandown on Saturday, Zibelina will attempt to maintain her winning run in the Group Three Thoroughbred Breeders’ Association Atalanta Stakes.

A Group Three winner at Deauville in her last start, the filly trained by Charlie Appleby is yet to taste the bitter flavor of defeat in three starts and will face a pack of 10 other hopefuls, including the rated Chigun and Intergral.

Veteran sprinter Borderlescott will also be on track Saturday, attempting to defend his Beverley Bullet title. The stallion, now eleven years olds came out of retirement earlier this year, claiming a reasonable seventh in the Great St Wilfrid at Ripon.

For all the best odds on what is sure to be a fantastic day of racing at Sandown this Saturday, join up at Bet365 Bet365 now and start punting!
