New BHA Boss Indicates More Whip Rule Change
Incoming boss of British Racing Paul Bittar has indicated he would be willing to further tinker with the whip rules that continue to cause problems throughout Britain.
Bittar moves from his current position with Racing Victoria in Australia to become chief executive of the BHA on January 17.

Britain’s two flag bearers in the 2011 Queen Elizabeth II Commemorative Cup in Japan have had their first look at Kyoto Racecourse ahead of this weekend’s race.
