First up, the Class 2 Binn Waste Management Perth Gold Cup Handicap Chase will be running at Perth racecourse as the highlight of the day at 2:30PM. It is a 3 mile handicap chase that is looking to be a very exciting run. Some potential contenders include Harry Flashman, Dover’s Hill, Logans Run and Sonny Mullen. We think Dover’s Hill is a good chance to win, and we reckon Harry Flashman should pretty easily pick up a place.

Also at Perth will be the Class 3 J.D. Pipes Gold Cup Special Novices’ Handicap Chase at 3:00PM. This is a handicap chase for 5 year olds and up over a distance of 2 miles 4 furlongs and 110 yards. Some of the likely contenders in this race are Western Bound, Peachey Moment, Fool’s Wildcat, and Devil Water.

The last race we’ll look at is the Class 4 Ladbrokes Intermediate Hurdle at Worcester, jumping at 3:45PM. This hurdle is for 4 year olds and up, run over a distance of just 2 miles. Silver Lily seems a likely winner, but Fairy Trader and Dubai Crest might have something to say about that.
